Ian Hudson
Executive Director

Ian began his career in the consumer goods packaging sector at Amatil Ltd, progressing through accounting, operations, sales and product management roles across the packaging and building materials industries. He later held marketing positions in the food packaging sector, covering corporate marketing, new product development and major capital programs. Ian then worked as a business consultant supporting manufacturers, local governments and not-for-profits. Before becoming Executive Director, he held several roles within ICN, including Regional Manager, Manager Agrifood and Economic Development Officer Aboriginal Business.
Thuy Ho
Operations Manager

With a background in the oil and gas industry, Thuy joined ICN to support the resources drive on projects like Gorgon and Ichthys. Before that started though, it was engagement in the Building the Education stimulus program that provided exposure to the depth and scale of ICN’s reach in connecting businesses with opportunities. Since then, Thuy has had involvement in projects large and small across a diverse range of sectors to appreciate Australian industry’s ingenuity and resilience. Based in the North Sydney office, Thuy oversees metropolitan Sydney projects and has been enjoying the challenges and rewards in looking after transformational and community impacting projects like the NSW Bushfire Clean-up Program and Sydney Metro.
David Norris
Regional Manager – Central West

David Norris is an experienced sales leader with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and business management. He has a background as a Construction Operations Manager and possesses extensive knowledge of the Australian business environment . David has a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, developing effective selling models and account management strategies, and fostering innovation. As the Regional Manager for Central West region, David will leverage his expertise to connect local suppliers in the construction industry with major projects and exciting new opportunities.
Raquel Bloom
Regional Manager – Greater Western Sydney

Raquel is an Australian Certified Economic Development practitioner (ACEcD) with a MBA and Leadership diploma and more than 22 years’ experience across high‑growth Western Sydney councils. She has led major Economic and Community Development initiatives focused on industry support, workforce development, business capacity building and investment attraction, and is recognised for her collaborative approach. Passionate about improving liveability and economic outcomes for Western Sydney, her role at ICN has strengthened meaningful collaboration between government, industry and local businesses to support grassroots economic growth.
Dusko Bajic
Regional Manager – Hunter and Central Coast

Dusko is a highly experienced Manager with 40 years’ experience in the development, design, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. He has held senior roles for the past 20 years with Tier 1 contractors including Barclay Mowlem/Laing O’Rourke, Abigroup and Lendlease before joining ICN as Regional Manager – Hunter and Northern in 2017. His extensive expertise in procurement strategy, commercial alignment, contract award, project mobilisation and contract administration is a key asset in his work with ICN. Since 2018, Dusko has served as NSW Defence Industry Manager for major defence projects and as an Advisor to the Hunter Defence Task Force.
John Mills
Regional Manager - Illawarra South East

John worked for over 15 years as a Business Adviser delivering AusIndustry business growth and capability development services to SME manufacturing firms in NSW, including supply chain capability assessments for suppliers in the rail rolling stock and defence sectors. With qualifications in metal trades, engineering and business, he has held senior management roles in automotive component manufacturing, beverage container packaging and security printing, and has also worked as a management consultant with clients across Australia. In his role with ICN, John aims to further support firms in the local manufacturing and construction sectors to pursue business growth opportunities in the Illawarra and South East region.
Geoff Reardon
Regional Manager - Riverina Murray

Geoff joined ICN as Regional Manager for the Riverina Murray in 2020, bringing experience from assisting national and international construction companies and machinery supply chains in safety and compliance, as well as earlier work in material supply to the construction industry. He is committed to facilitating strong connections between buyers and suppliers for their mutual benefit.
Brad Donnan

Brad Donnan has extensive experience in the Northern NSW building industry, having represented one of Australia’s leading building products manufacturers for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for coordinating all aspects of the supply and installation chain and has built long-term stakeholder relationships through clear communication, strong technical knowledge and reliable customer service. Brad is dedicated to advancing Northern NSW businesses by connecting them to industry supply opportunities that support positive economic and social outcomes.
